Central Coast Montessori Pre-School - Wamberal
Come and indulge in a nourishing self-care session as we partake in collective healing.
These evenings are a safe, nurturing and confidential space to share and be witnessed without judgement or advice.
No prior experience is necessary, all are welcome.
Miracles are possible when we are seen, heard & held in our times of frustration, anger, worry & grief.
Circles offer a unique space to move through these emotions & fully release them.
Tears (& sometimes laughter) ensue and we leave feeling lighter - cleansed of residual 'stuff' that we would have simply carried around with us (impacting our relationships, physical health and mental wellbeing).
Shame & guilt dissolve. The voice of our inner critic softens. Courage & inspiration take hold as we realise we're less alone on our respective journeys than we think we are.
Our women's circles are a monthly occurrence, hosted by Rhiannon James on the last Saturday of each month.
Places are limited to 12, so early bookings are required to reserve your spot.
Tickets are non refundable but transferable to a friend.

Words from the women...
"It was my first time to a women's circle so was unsure what it would look like. I instantly felt safe and loved by complete strangers! I so needed to talk that night (and every other second after that!) We were all women who are going through our own struggles.... All so complex and valid and who are all about supporting each other and not ripping them down when the others are weak. I never would have thought that it was the first time that you had led a woman's circle, you were amazing and are doing exactly what you're meant to be doing, at this point in time. Thank You so much for your kindness and love, when you spoke to me at the end one-to-one it really cemented all of the positive feelings which I had felt about you."

"I felt so held in the space with Rhiannon. I’ve been going to circles for years and Rhiannon held the space beautifully, and I felt so open to share and cry (which can be challenging for me). It’s such a cathartic release to be able to share in a safe space and know that what I share will be heard and kept within our circle. It’s a trust like no other - a deep connection with other women. I will be returning to circles monthly for my own healing as a woman and as a mother."

"Buy some synchronicity of the universe, it was so perfect to bump into you at the market. I have booked to attend the next one.
I don’t know what happened at the first circle. I had no intention to go so deep, I was mortified with myself. I left feeling like I’d really created a storm inside and had a migraine that night.
But then, the next day, I felt centered and calm. I had more patience, and I can’t even put my finger on it. But those few hours with like-minded women, expressing themselves were my village for a moment and it really did fill my cup. On reflection, expressing myself was my subconscious feeling safe and able to speak honestly and freely. Thanks for creating such a wonderful space. Xx”

"Recently I attended a women's circle hosted by Rhiannon James- Doula. Not only did she make me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived but the whole event was facilitated in such a loving and supportive way. Despite not knowing anybody prior to the event I felt heard and connected to all the beautiful women in attendance. Highly recommended. I cannot wait to attend anything run by Rhiannon in the future, what a beautiful soul."

“Rhiannon hosts women's circles so beautifully, with every aspect lovingly prepared. I felt held and cared for as soon as I stepped into this space, and I knew it was exactly where I needed to be.
There is something incredibly sacred about sitting in circle, hearing all of our stories and needs and grief and joys tying together into one lovely messy tapestry. To be gently reminded that I am not alone on this motherhood journey, in fact, far from it, is such a relief.
I left feeling a little lighter, and have locked these special moments away in my heart so that I can draw from them when I need that firm and gentle reminder again.
It was not easy to bring myself to sit & share with vulnerability, however I'm so glad that I did. I can't wait until I can attend again, and wholeheartedly encourage any woman to attend if they have the opportunity.”

"I decided to go to my first mothers circle this week and I felt welcomed and safe in this beautiful space. It’s sometimes hard to put into words what motherhood can be like and the struggles that we can internalise. It was comforting to hear other Mothers also on the same journey, to laugh and cry with them and to feel supported and validated. Highly recommend attending to any Woman or Mum craving connection and community, I will definitely be going again. Thank you Rhiannon for hosting and holding the space for us."
